Class cancellation Policy

In the event of class cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, students will be promptly notified of any cancellations via text or phone. The cancelled class will be re-scheduled for a future date.

Refunds

All sales for our courses, individual classes, workshops, open pole sessions, and individual training sessions are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your understanding and compliance are greatly appreciated.

Party cancellation requests must be submitted 72 hours prior to the scheduled event, failure to do so will result in $75 non-negotiable fee.

Class Levels and Prerequisites

We want you to have maximum success in your pole journey. Our six week courses are designed to build on each other. Because your safety is of the utmost importance to us, we want to make sure you have all the skills and strength necessary to move in to a higher level course. Your instructor will let you know what level is appropriate. Several of our classes are open to all skill levels including. Pole 1, our one time Pole Fundamentals session, and our Pole Strength Foundations course.
