Class cancellation Policy

In the event of class cancellation due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, each six-week course includes a designated "rain day" to make up for any missed session. This "rain day" will only be utilized if the studio cancels a class; if all six sessions proceed as scheduled, the "rain day" will remain unused. Students will be promptly notified of any cancellations via text or phone.

Refunds

All sales for our courses, individual classes, workshops, open pole sessions, and individual training sessions are final and non-refundable. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Your understanding and compliance are greatly appreciated. Parties must be cancelled 72 hours in advance and there is a $75 non refundable charge.

Class Levels and Prerequisites

We want you to have maximum success in your pole journey. Our six week courses are designed to build on each other. Because your safety is of the utmost importance to us, we want to make sure you have all the skills and strength necessary to move in to a higher level course. Your instructor will let you know what level is appropriate. Several of our classes are open to all skill levels including. Pole 1, our one time Pole Baby Intro session, our Pole Strengthening course.
