Six Week Courses
Our courses are multi week sessions designed to build your skills. You can retake a session as many times as you want. Our instructors will guide you and let you know when you are ready to level up. If you are not sure where to start, contact the studio and let our knowledgable instructors help you find the right course.
POLE 1
Thursdays 6- 7pm Sept.- Oct.
This class will teach you the fundamentals of pole dancing. You will learn basic pole techniques including beginner spins, dance moves, basic holds and climbing skills. This class will develop your flexibility, fluidity strength and confidence. Class duration 1 hour. Six week session.
POLE 2
Thursdays 7:15- 8:15 pm Sept.- Oct.
Ready to level up? Pole 2 will build on the basics while introducing new spin techniques and get you working towards your inversions. While continuing to build your strength and flexibility, this class will introduce you to new dance moves, transitions and advanced climbs. Class duration 1 hour. Six week session.
Tuesdays 6:30- 7:30 pm Sept.- Oct.
Pole 3 explores more advanced pole spins, inversions and tricks. You will gain fluidity moving between moves and explore basic choreography and combinations. These skill will improve overall body strength and confidence on the pole. Class duration 1 hour. Six week session.
POLE 3
POLE 4
Thursdays 7:15- 8:15 pm Sept.- Oct.
This class builds muscle groups and overall strength to help you get stronger on and off the pole. The exercises are uniquely designed to compliment your pole journey. Class duration 1 hour. Six week session.
Pole Strength Foundations
Thursdays 7:15- 8:15 pm Sept.- Oct.
Pole Four focuses on advanced poses, dynamic spins and pole combinations. This course will emphasize technique and control of your progressions through moves. This class is for students who have advanced through the other levels in our course sequence. Class duration 1 hour. Six week session.
Low Flow Heels 1
This class is an introduction to dancing in heels. You will get comfortable walking in your shoes on and off the pole. This class will cover pirouettes, slides and other beginner moves, as well as sequencing to put it all together. Prerequisites, Pole One or the equivalent experience. Heels required, knee pads recommended. Class duration 1 hour. Six week session.
Single Classes and Workshops
Pole Baby Intro
The 3rd Saturday of every month 2pm-3pm
Ready to try it? This one hour session is for anyone new to the Flex pole studio. This is a fun overview of basic pole dance skills. You will learn some dance moves, spins and hopefully fall in love! This class can only be taken once and as a special offer, if you sign up at the studio after class for our six week Pole 1 course you will receive a $15 discount.
Saturdays 11am - 2pm and Sundays 12pm - 2pm
Open pole sessions are your personal practice time! This is a non-instructed session designed for you to practice the skill you wish to develop outside of class time. An instructor will be available for questions, guidance and spotting.

Want to try out those beautiful heels? This one hour and 15min session will get you walking in heels with and without the pole. We will explore basic pivots and other beginner moves. This class is great to see if dancing in heels is for you! Prerequisites, Pole One or equivalent experience. Heels required.
